1. Develop dedicated prayer teams for every ministry, committee, and function of the church.

2. Average 2000 in weekly, spirit-filled, Bible based worship.
 

3. Average 80% of regular worshipers in transformational small groups.
 

4. Grow a Christ-centered, academically excellent day school spanning grades K-8.
 

5. Create and grow a life-changing Christian Recovery Ministry involving at least 25% of our weekly worship attendance.
 

6. Build and fully utilize a multi-purpose Community Life Center.
 

7. Direct 10% of our money and 10% of our time to local and foreign evangelical missions.
 

8. Commission 200 trained and committed lay ministers.
 

9. Revitalize our seniors' ministry around a participating mission emphasis, including a 60 unit, market rate housing complex.
 

10. Build a culture of stewardship that fully funds the preceding nine goals.
