There's never a dull moment when kids are around! We serve children ages birth - 5th grade. Many opportunities to join the fun in Children's Ministries are available. Commitment can be one time or more. For all positions, curriculum (if necessary) and support are provided.

Sunday Opportunities (9:30 - 11:00 a.m.)
Sunday School Teacher
Teach one grade level of children every Sunday or every other Sunday. Teacher-led class time is approximately 40-50 minutes.
Sunday School Assistant
Assist Sunday school teacher in helping children pay attention, answer questions, etc.
Music Team Member
Help lead 1 - 4th graders in large group worship time during Sunday School opening. If you like to sing, play guitar, play keyboard or have mad sing-along action skills, we need you!
Wednesday Opportunities
Kids Praise Piano Accompanist
Provide accompaniment for the kids choir during Wednesday night practices and possibly Sunday morning performances. 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Small Group Guide
Guide a small group of 8-12 children (Grades 1-6) through fun Bible lessons, games, and question & answer time. Curriculum & materials provided.
First Steps Volunteer
Help out with the little ones (Age 3- Kindergarten) as they play games, learn about God, do projects together, and have tons of fun!
Easter Egg Hunt Volunteer (April 3, 2010)
Set up, tear down, greeting, picture taking, craft station, hiding eggs, Gospel presentation, food, donate candy, etc
Vacation Bible School Volunteer (June 21-25, 2010)
Shepherd a small group of children throughout the morning, lead games, act out the Bible story, lead singing time, run crafts, serve snack, decorate, paint, etc.
Musical Theatre Camp (August 2-5, 2010)
Assist musical directors with four days of practicing and perfecting the children's musical with a great performance at the end.
Rally Day Volunteer (September 2010)
Greet families and children, show children to their rooms, answer parent questions, register families, help run small carnival games after church, set up, tear down, etc.
